Ariel W. September 2020We enjoyed our time here. The property manager was great to work with. She has excellent communication skills. The house had everything we needed to kick off your stay. I read previous reviews and came prepared with additional trash bags and rolls of paper towels. The only reason we would be apprehensive about staying here again is the parking pass process. After you've been granted access to the community by the guard, you have to go to the welcome center and stand in line for a mandatory parking pass. This applies to guests visiting for a few hours as well. We each had to wait for over 45 minutes to receive a pass on the day of arrival. By the time we arrived to the house, we were irritated. Again, the house was great! The parking pass process was a bust.

My stay was awesome from beginning to end! Check in process was simple. The house was clean and absolutely beautiful! The resort was amazing for the kids. We honestly would have skipped the parks and enjoyed the house more had we not already bough tickets. I have no complaints whatsoever!

The house was beautiful. I think that it wasn't equipped quite as well as other vacation homes i have stayed in. It had tons and tons of glassware and dishes, but the cookware and bowl selections were limited if you wanted to cook a meal for a group.
