Kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/bidet/WC. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 double bedroom. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, telephone (extra), children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free).

Beautiful, carefully restored country house, located in the middle of the green hills of Mugello between Vicchio and Dicomano. Manor house "Florence Villa 1063", 300 m a.s.l.. 4.5 km from the centre of Dicomano, 38 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, in the countryside. Private: property 8'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, 01.05.-30.09.). Paddling pool, outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Heating to be paid on the spot (01.11.-15.04.), heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04.. Motor access to 500 m from the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 4.5 km, grocery 4.5 km, railway station "Dicomano" 4.5 km. Broad view of the valley. Fenced garden with paddling pool (3 x 3 m, 0.75 m deep). Trips possible on foot or on horseback.

We visited this beautiful area with 11 friends in the middle of august for seven nights. We loved it. The house is very big and has everything you need in a relaxed holiday. Only the "street", the last 500 meters before the house is very steep, with potholes and with a lot of stones. Your car should not be lowered. ;) The area is very secluded, so you need a car! You should eat in the restaurant "Il Caldetino", it is the best near the house.

We were a family on 14 people from 4 - 69 years old. 4 couple and kids and the house had all the rooms and space we needed. Swimming pool was also super great and clean, and during a 1 week stay there was one guy who came and cleaned it.

We were 14 people alltogether with a couple kids. The driveway up to the property was a bit of a disaster. You would not want a lower car trying to make it up there. Once you get to the property though it is quickly forgotten about. Overall we had a fantastic holiday spending time with family and friends. It is very private and clean. Staff ,G. end E., were very helpful, friendly and attentive. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

We visited this beautiful area with 11 friends in the middle of august for seven nights. We loved it. The house is very big and has everything you need in a relaxed holiday. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
