Pedestrian bridge to the forest (length is approx. 100 m) leaves from the yard. The route passes along the river bank and ends in the elf's hut.
There are also car shelter, barbecue hut and a big pier in the yard.
The entire ground floor and the yard area are built to be accessible. People with reduced mobility are able to move here by using wheelchairs. Showers and toilets are equipped for the disabled people, the sauna has motorized sauna benches. Southern Savonia Villa 1049 is a spacious rental villa for an exclusive and accessible holiday. There are also good facilities for arranging small scale courses and parties. The ramps and the built paths to the beach and the riverside allows movement in nature by using wheelchairs and other assistive equipment.
The beach is shallow, artificial sand bottom, which deepens quite slowly. Fishing opportunity from the pier even from a wheelchair.
