8-room house 400 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Renovated, rustic and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, pizza oven). 2 showers. Upper floor: living room. 2 double bedrooms. 1 large room with 2 beds and 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and shower/bidet/WC (private). 2 showers/bidet/WC, double hand-basin. Large garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Old farmhouse renovated in a traditional way, hilly position, quiet and panoramic surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The quiet village has a museum dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci, small and pretty shops, goodrestaurants. Garden with old, majestic trees, orhcards and meadows. Ideal for family with children. Several outdoor areas, pergolas, tables and chairs to dine al fresco. 3 mountain bikes are available for excursions (on request, extra). Swimming-towels also available (extra). The house is furnished with typical tuscan furniture, but the kitchen is modern and practical. Dishwasher. Cosy country house "Florence Villa 1072". 4 km from the centre of Vinci, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill, in the countryside. Private: property 2 ha, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 140 - 240 cm, 03.04.-16.10.). Tennis (1 x hard court), pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Room cleaning on request (extra). Cook on request (extra). Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, railway station "Empoli" 8 km, sandy beach 60 km. Golf course 12 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Firenze 40 km, Pisa 50 km.

Bonjour , Cette maison est très agréable avec une vue magnifique. La gare d'Empoli à quelques kms de la maison permet d'aller à Florence en 20 minutes ! La maison est spacieuse et relativement fraîche. Quelques détails pourraient être améliorés : pas de commodes dans plusieurs chambres uniquement grande armoire. Pas de meubles dans 2 salles de bains. Pas pratique ! Seul vrai bémol : les moustiques qui attaquent de jour (moustiques "tigres") comme de nuit. Nous n'avons pu aller acheter des produits et des ventilateurs que le lundi évidemment, les enfants ont donc été "dévorés" par les moustiques pendant presque 48 heures. En suite quelques piqures mais rien de plus. A part ça la maison et le terrain : piscine + tennis sont vraiment très agréables. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Hello! This house is very nice with a great view. Empoli railway station is only a few miles from the holiday home and allows you to go to Florence in 20 minutes by train! The house is spacious and fairly fresh. Some details could be improved: no chests of drawers in many bedrooms but only a large wardrobe. No furniture in the bathrooms. It is not convenient! The only real downside: the mosquitoes that attack during the day (mosquito "tigers") and in the night. We were unable to purchase products and fans before Monday, therefore children have been "devoured" by mosquitoes for almost 48 hours. Afterwards only a few bites, but nothing more. Apart from that the house and the outdoor areas (swimming pool + tennis) are really nice.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
