Exit to the balcony. 5 double bedrooms. 1 room with 2 double beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Bath/shower, shower, 2 sep. WC's. Wooden floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). High ceilings, visible beams.

Gattererberg 5 km from Kaltenbach: Beautiful panoramic location. Child friendly, comfortable large working farm "Tirol House 1179", surrounded by meadows. Above Stumm, in the district of Gattererberg 4 km from the centre of Stumm, 5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the lake, 4.7 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property, meadow. Barbecue house, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: sauna, infrared sauna (all extra), storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 10 km, bathing lake 5 km. Tennis 5 km, gondola lift 4.7 km, skisport facilities 4.7 km, cross country ski track 4 km, ice field 5 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The apartment is located on a hill, and winter access is made quite difficult especially if it snows. The apartment is very well compartmented, unfortunately there are only two toilets for 14 people. And the internet didn't work very well. Overall it was all well. I recomand.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
