Can Papaya is situated in the beautiful countryside of Felanitx in southeast Mallorca with the stunning beaches of southeast
Mallorca within easy reach. Within a 10 min drive you will reach the villages of Felanitx to the south, Porreres to the north and Campos to the west, where you will find markets cafes and restaurants.

Even if Palma is only a 40 minute car ride away and the airport 30 min, the house has a feeling of complete countryside tranquillity. The somewhat bumpy access to the house makes you feel like once you have reached the house you are in your own secluded universe. The house has over 300 years of history and has been lovingly renovated over the years with the aim to keep the unique charm of the house.

Can Papaya consists of five different apartments connected with each other. It is ideal for large family’s, groups of friends, groups of colleagues, or anyone who likes the idea of holidaying together, still with the possibility to have some privacy and own space. All ”apartments” have a bedroom with a double bed, living room (some with sofa beds) and en-suite bathroom. The heart of the finca consists of a large kitchen and dining room with fire place together with a cosy lounge with an open fireplace.

The heart of the house is the kitchen, which was recently renovated with the idea in mind to make it suitable to cook for large groups of people. There are two large fridges (small freezer), two dishwashers, oven, microwave and cooker. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The owners love to cook and have made sure that this is a kitchen where you can do so.

Outside at Can Papaya, there is a newly renovated outdoor kitchen with dish washer, sink, gas hob, and a professional BBQ. Next to the outdoor kitchen there is a dining table and seating for ten under a shaded pergola. There is a large pool (10 x 4,5m), a Jacuzzi and all over the garden there are groups of outdoor furniture with chill out areas, providing plenty of places to hide away with a cup of coffee and a good book.  

The absolute hot spot of the house is the pool house. The house has two built in sofas, sun chairs and a table. This is the ultimate chill out area, with permanent shade and undisturbed views of the pool. Cool and comfortable during the day and cosy for socialising in the evening.

Can Papaya boasts 5 double rooms, 5 bathrooms, perfect for holidaying with family and friends, with the added luxury of your own space and privacy.

The activity room has two separate entrances from the outside, where you will find a table-tennis table, yoga mats, training bench, weights, board games, darts and a TV.

There are many great supermarkets close by. One favourite is Eroski Felantix. It is situated 10 min away and has a meat and fish counter.

The beaches are within 20-25 min proximity. Mallorca’s most beautiful beach Es Trenc is situated 25 min away. A favourite beach is Porto Cristo.
