     This luxurious and comfortable home is located in Reunion Resort and has 3,203 square feet of living space, complete with a pool and balcony. The location of this property allows you to enjoy the resort’s many amenities and attractions that central Florida has to offer.

     This vacation home is decorated to a high standard throughout. The foyer leads into the second floor through a flight of stairs before it opens to a spacious living area with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone and a large screen TV. From here you can also accessthe pool deck. The dining area is furnished with a beautiful wooden table that provides seating for 8. The kitchen has plenty of walking room with modern appliances and abar seating4.

     There are 5 bedrooms, all with an ensuite bathroom. Four of the bedrooms include aking-sized bed, while one of the bedrooms includes 2 twin-sized beds. One bedroom has access to the balcony withseating. It's the perfect place to enjoy the view along with a cool drink. Also, upstairs there is a loft with very comfortable seating and a large screenTV.

     Outside, the patio has a summer kitchen with a natural gas grill and a table seating6.The poolhas a spillover spa and is surrounded by a large pool deck.

• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays


• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival


• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents


• Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote


• Pool heat available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation


• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.


• PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons the fire pit is disabled.


• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
