Protaras Elaia Luxury Seafront Villa is a jewel to be treasured. This five bedroom, five bathroom villa is situated in a quiet location, just three minutes' walk to Fig Tree Bay and the Central Protaras Strip.

This modern and luxurious villa, furnished with utmost care to feel like a home away from home, offers panoramic seafront views, a private pool, a patio with modern furniture, large roof top terrace and BBQ.

The ground floor features a large open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, that opens up into the semi-covered pool patio area. The large patio doors open all the way to join the interior with the exterior that were designed to be used together as one space. Half a flight of stairs further up, overlooking the kitchen and pool patio is the TV room with a large corner sofa.

The upper floor features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with a single bed each. All bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom and one of the singles have a joined balcony and offer panoramic sea views.

The other two bedrooms are located at the semi-basement level. One bedroom features a double bed and en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom features one double bed and a double sofa bed. On the same level there is the family bathroom. One level lower there is a utility room with a washing machine, dryer and an extra fridge.

On the top floor, Protaras Elaia Luxury Seafront villa offers a large roof terrace furnished with lounge chairs and built in sofas offering breathtaking sea views.

Protaras Elaia Luxury Seafront Villa is ideally located in the most exclusive area of Protaras. The nearest organized beach, about 3 minutes’ walk away is Fig Tree Bay, a Blue Flag destination with crystal clear waters and fine white sand that is consistently voted among the top 20 beaches of the world.

Just in front of the villa, less than a minute’s walk, is Turtle Bay. A family of Caretta Caretta turtles live in this bay and you can often spot them if you go snorkeling.

Central Protaras Strip is less than five minutes’ walk from the villa. This is the heart of Protaras resort, offering a thriving nightlife in the summer months, all types of restaurants, lounge bars, beach bars, shops, and all amenities you would need for a great holiday.

Protaras is a family-oriented resort and there ae plenty of activities for children of all ages. There are numerous organized beaches within walking distance of the villa or within ten minutes’ drive. All beaches offer crystal clear waters and white sand and there are plenty of water sport stations offering just about every water sport you can think of. The area is ideal for scuba diving with a number of shipwrecks to explore.

The cosmopolitan town of Ayia Napa is about 10 minutes’ drive away. There are many sites to explore, wonderful beaches, museums, gourmet restaurants and a thriving nightlife.

The nearest Airport is Larnaca International and is about 40 minutes away. A car is not necessary for this villa but is always a good idea if you want to explore the region and all that it has to offer. The bus service in the area is quite good and the taxis are reasonably priced and reliable.
