Open kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 1 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Lavazza)). Exit to the garden, pergola. Sep. WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 2 beds and shower/bidet/WC. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/bidet/WC. Simon September 2018Perfect home, very big, great pool! Only WiFi can be improved. Radicofani is only a small village, so shopping in bigger supermarkets requires some driving.
Paula February 2020The property is well kept (separate maintenance for pool visits property regularly). The owner who I talked on the phone speaks fluent English but the couple who gave the keys and explained electricity costs (outside gate is a meter) etc talked only Italian but we managed. 3 bedrooms are in the main building upper floor. In the pool house there are 2 bedrooms, the other has access to pool. All rooms have aircon and bathroom. You need a car to get to shops & restaurants. Radicofani village nice!
