This beautiful and extremely well maintained townhome has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, free wireless internet access and cable TV, a covered lanai with a screened pool. Some of the amenities include: large flat-screen TVs in the living room and in all bedrooms, iron and board, linens and towels, kitchenware, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, juicer and many other kitchen appliances, vacuum cleaner, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, and free use of the facilities of the clubhouse.
An easy drive of 10 to 15 minutes to all of the Walt Disney Resort attractions in Orlando, and about 20 to 25 minutes to Universal Studios and Sea World. Many supermarkets are within a few minutes' drive, such as the food store Publix, a 24 hour Walmart, and Target (at 1 to 3.2 miles from the resort). Easy shopping facilities, including a premium outlet about 15 minutes away, very close to golf courses and close to the many restaurants on Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy (known as hifgway 192), which is a couple of minutes away from the Paradise Palms Resort main entranceAbout the resort
Paradise Palms Resort amenities include a 9,500 square foot prestigious Clubhouse with reception/concierge desk, spacious lounge, large games room with pool tables and arcade games, 50 seat movie theatre, state-of-the-art fitness facility with TV’s that overlooks the pool area, sauna, card room designed for competition playing, internet café free to guests, meeting rooms, kitchen for cooking for large parties, sundry shop and deli and tiki bar. Guests may bring their own DVD’s to the movie theatre for viewing.The main focus of the resort is the resort-style 5,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool complete with water slide and covered grotto. Surrounding the spectacular pool are jacuzzi spas, a kiddie pool, a huge sun deck with plenty of loungers, tiki bar and grill with plenty of tables.

Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.

Lisa January 2022For those wondering, this is a very nice vacation getaway spot close to the various Disney World theme parks. It was great for our large family reunion of 11 with plenty of space. It includes access to the resort’s amenities such as the little water park (kid friendly pools, water slide, and a couple hot tubs). The club house also has a very nice gym and sauna (didn’t try the sauna though), a mini movie theater with Disney movies playing throughout the day, and a small arcade (tokens must be paid for though). Make sure to list even children’s names so that the resort can get them into the pool area, and it would be a good idea to bring your own towels. As for the townhouse itself, it is very clean and great for large families. Make sure to bring your own food and cleaning supplies, but utensils, dishwater, and cooking pots and pans are provided. There is little to complain about, and Andy was very accommodating when we messaged them. Note any major damages as soon as you get there if you can, but we had very little trouble with anything. It is simply a very nice vacation spot that I can highly recommend for its value and location.

The place with very roomy for the 11 of us and the location was great for Disney. It was in a nice gated community, but we didn't have time to use any of the amenities. Host was very quick to respond when we messaged them.
