Downstairs boasts a mini-spa room with sauna and whirlpool Jacuzzi big enough for 10 people and a self-contained 'apartment' with open-plan lounge and kitchen with access to the garden, and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom - which is ideal for teenagers or those requiring some privacy from the rest of your holiday group.

The whole villa is equipped superbly with your every comfort in mind and top-quality tasteful installations and fittings. This gated property is fully enclosed and guarantees absolute privacy and tranquillity.

The villa inside has several notable features, including a split-level lounge and dining area, fireplace, plasma TVs in every room, Wii games, 3D TV with glasses and music at the flick of a switch in every room.

The stylish open plan kitchen features all modern appliances including a vitro-ceramic hob, wine cooler, double fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, grill, oven etc.

Outside the property enjoys beautifully maintained gardens and lawns, a fabulous pool area and other outdoor facilities, such as an outdoor kitchen with BBQ area, the choice of two dining areas and plenty of chill-out spaces overlooking the magnificent views, making this property ideal for family get togethers.

The property is fully air conditioned throughout with hot or cold options and there is also central heating for those colder months. Wi-Fi is available throughout also, including the outdoor areas. For keep-fit enthusiasts the property features a running machine, an exercise bike, a basketball hoop, and a dart-playing target.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
