With 4 bed and 3 baths, west facing pool with spa with a fantastic view of the golf course, what more could you need for a vacation home?

     There is a dining area to seat 6, a nook area to seat 4 and 2 bar stools so there is plenty of seating areas. A comfortable couch to watch cable TV is all you need too when you are not sitting on the sunny pool deck.
The pool can be heated as an optional extra and recommended between November and April

     The master bedroom is a King with en-suite, there is also a Queen with en-suite and 2 twin rooms adjacent another full bathroom.
Washer and dryer is in the garage for your convenience too

     The kichen has all major appliances, refridgerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher and well as smaill appliances like coffee maker, tea kettle and toaster etc

     The home is very comfortable and sleeps 8

     The patio has a beautiful area to view on the golf course, table and chairs and sun loungers and of course a private pool & spa.

     Just beyond our 24 hour manned gatehouse you will find lots of restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Especially convenient and within walking distance from our gates is the 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercenter where you can stock up on all your food and beverage needs. Great designer outlet shopping is a quick car ride away, as is many award winning restaurants. For our foreign visitors there are many local Pubs that will make you feel at home while watching the sports you love.
