"Lake Como Villa 1025", 5-room house 250 m2 on 3 levels, west facing position. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Gas heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds, 1 double bed, shower/WC and gas heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. No heating option. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (3), sitting area. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Lake Como Villa 1025

In the district of Curcio 2 km from the centre of Colico, 40 km from the centre of Lecco, 35 km from the centre of Como, in the residential district, 2 km from the lake. Private: property 450 m2 (fenced) with lawn. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 50 m, supermarket 1 km, railway station "Colico" 1.7 km, grass beach 2.5 km. Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 35 km. Please note: no lift. When booking at the rate for 6 persons not available: the bedroom in the basement.

Beautiful place, nice and big house. The attic room can be a bit uncomfortable in summer, but the house is big enough with lots of rooms. Also a nice garden with a great view and lots of different places to sit. The area is very quiet but you can walk to Colico in about 20 minutes. The lady of the house is very friendly and can arrange some local tips. Her English may not be the best but holiday communication is always part of the fun.. :). A small caveat is that the tourist tax is missing from the description. According to the owner this was an ongoing problem. Not a big deal, just a reminder to add about 3 euro per person and night for tourist tax and fees.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
