This row house apartment was completed in December 2010. Located near the Vuokatti skislopes. Floor area 110 m². On the ground floor there is living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, sauna (electric heating), washroom, hydro massage bath, toilet, household room with toilet. Upstairs; 2 bedrooms, loft, toilet, shower. Terrace. Dvd/Blyray player. Equipment for a baby: travel bed and canvas chair. Kajaani 35 km, Sotkamo 7 km, Katinkulta Spa 2,5 km. Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay. No pets allowed.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
