Situated in the Kalafatis area, it grants easy access to a plethora of exquisite beaches and club-restaurants, all while remaining conveniently close to the heart of Mykonos town and close proximity to the sea.

Villa Gaia boasts three double bedrooms, two of which feature en-suite facilities, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The interiors exude an elegant contemporary aesthetic with subtle embellishments. The luminous living and dining spaces offer breathtaking sea views, while the bedrooms are adorned with meticulously chosen details, providing both refinement and comfort.

The private pool, complete with a soothing hydromassage feature, graces the main level, enveloped by meticulously tended gardens and relaxation zones. Bask in the sun's warmth by the poolside, or seek respite from the midday sun in the cool embrace of the outdoor seating areas beneath the pergola.

Adjacent to "Villa Gaia" you will find "Villa Rhea", both properties occupy the 4,700sqm plot, each villa enjoys its own privacy and autonomy. Renting both villas together can accommodate a group of 12 guests.

Conveniently located, Villa Gaia is just 1.3km from the nearest beach - 'Kalafatis Beach', 5.8km from Mykonos Town and 9km from the airport.

Refundable security deposit €1500+ due prior to check in and will be refunded 3-5 days after check out.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
