Villa Viviana is the perfect destination for those looking to relax and and take in the natural beauty of the Island. Looking out over the magical Es Vedra, close to Cala Carbo Beach, it's the ideal location to enjoy the stunning sunsets and soak up the Ibiza sun.

The interior features a fully equipped modern kitchen and 4m long island with indoor dining facilities for 10 people.  The vast living room has magnificent sliding doors that open up onto the pool, terraces and the sea views.  You will also find a cinema room, perfect for a late night movie, a separate laundry room as well as guest cloak room and WC.

The villa has 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in the main house, both with incredible sea views, air conditioning and underfloor heating. On the top floor sits a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, large terrace and of course breath-taking sea views.

The charming interior courtyard of this property adds another level of tranquillity.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
