Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Forced-air heating. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed, terrace 20 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Distant view of the sea. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).

Pridraga 9 km from Novigrad: Single-family house "Zadarska županija Villa 1021", 2 storeys, built in 2019. 2 km from the centre of Pridraga, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (44 m2, depth 140 cm, 25.04.-17.10.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house (20 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 9 km, pebble beach, concrete beach 800 m. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.

Very comfortable house for 6 people. All rooms have air conditioning and are spacious. The bedrooms (with high quality beds) have their own bathroom / toilet. Kitchen very complete. Also great place to sit outside, including 6 loungers. Nice views over de lake and mountains. Close to beach as well as shop and restaurants (car needed, though). And the owner is simply fantastic: very friendly and helpful, and safeguarding that everything was in top-condition when we arrived

Very comfortable house for 6 people. All rooms have air conditioning and are spacious. The bedrooms (with high quality beds) have their own bathroom / toilet. Kitchen very complete. Also great place to sit outside, including 6 loungers. Nice views over de lake and mountains. Close to beach as well as shop and restaurants (car needed, though). And the owner is simply fantastic: very friendly and helpful, and safeguarding that everything was in top-condition when we arrived

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
