Fantastic Villa in Portoscuso, sea view and with direct access to the Portopaglietto beach. Magnificent spaces where you can watch the sun disappearing into the sea at sunset with family and friends.
The villa is equipped with all the comforts for an unforgettable holiday including a barbecue and a wood oven for pizza. From Portoscuso it is possible to take a ferry to the Island of San Pietro. Park your car safely inside the property and enjoy your stay! Fall asleep with the sound of the waves.
The space:
The Villa is located in front of the beautiful Portopaglietto beach accessible from the villa through a staircase. With a few minutes' walk you can reach the center of Portoscuso, the Spanish Tower, the Tonnara Su Pranu and the marina. With a 30-minute walk you arrive at the port where ferries leave for the Island of San Pietro.
The house is on one floor and occupies an area of 250sqm and has a large garden of 700sqm and a gazebo with barbecue and wood-burning oven. It can accommodate up to 7 people. As follows: 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room with dining table, a veranda with sofas.
The bedrooms have wardrobes and windows.Please note there is a 4th bedroom in the house that is not for rent, is not listed and there are no photo of it.
