     This single-story vacation home is located in Florida House 4164 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are two living rooms. The first living room, which is more of a sitting room, is locate at the front of the house, and it has two comfortable sofas. It’s the perfect room for you and others to sit down and socialize. For those who want to watch some TV, head to the living room towards the back. Here, you’ll find a couple more comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV, and glass patio doors that lead directly to the pool area and let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen may be on the smaller side but has modern appliances and comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together your favorite home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, you have two areas to dine in. There’s a breakfast nook in the kitchen, which will seat up to four people. If you want something a little more formal, there’s formal dining area at the front of the house, which will seat up to 6 people.

     There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, complete with his and hers sinks, a large tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. And the third bedroom has two twin beds, which are perfect for younger children.

     Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.

     Hampton Lakes is an exclusive estate of luxury vacation rental home is situated on Highway 27, just 3.5 miles from Highway 192.
