"Balearic Islands Villa 1485" is a 4-room house spanning 140 m2, boasting comfortable and beautiful furnishings that will make you feel right at home. The living room features an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, perfect for cozy nights in. Step out onto one of the three terraces and take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and countryside.

The villa includes a master bedroom with a french bed and en-suite bath, as well as two additional bedrooms – one with two beds and the other with a french bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it convenient for cooking delicious meals. Oil heating is available, ensuring a warm and cozy stay during the cooler months.

Outside, the private property spans over 2,500 m2 and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a lawn and wildlife garden. The highlight is the sparkling swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip or soaking up the sun on the deck chairs. There is also a barbecue area for al fresco dining and a storeroom for added convenience.

Located on top of a hill in the countryside, "Balearic Islands Villa 1485" offers a tranquil escape just 7 km from the center of Pollensa and 9 km from the sea. With easy access to nearby towns like Puerto Pollensa and Inca, as well as sandy beaches and a golf course, there is plenty to explore in the area. A car is recommended for getting around.

We had a great week in this house! The garden and swimmingpool are amazing and way more beautifull than expect! The garden is a real Oasis of green with all her different trees. The beautifull terrace arround the house is great to enjoy sunrise and sunset! The pictures online doesnt show how beautifull the place in real is! We loved our stay and can finatly recommend this!

Pro’s....First class villa with a fabulous view and amazing pool Cons.. Directions to villa were poor and signage not very clear Suggestions......Provide a few essentials milk, bread, water salt, pepper, washing up liquid etc even at a charge. We arrived at 3am and couldn’t make a drink! Wonderful holiday thank you.

We had a great week in this house! The garden and swimmingpool are amazing and way more beautifull than expect! The garden is a real Oasis of green with all her different trees. The beautifull terrace arround the house is great to enjoy sunrise and sunset! The pictures online doesnt show how beautifull the place in real is! We loved our stay and can finatly recommend this!

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
