In one of the quietest streets of the Grandview Heights Historic District, West Palm Beach Cottage 1856 has recently been completely renovated and expanded with a beautiful front porch for outdoor living and dining. The house features 3 bedrooms (king bed in the master, queen bed in other bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, den/office, a modern kitchen, laundry facilities, an expansive outside dining/living area with ceiling fans and a newly constructed, heated pool.There is cable TV in the living room and master bedroom.
There is also a large fully detached, fully furnished, and equipped 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom cabana that has been meticulously restored and updated with a kitchen/living/dining room and an upscale bathroom (with separate laundry room). Pool heat is optional. This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions. All pets are on request.

Alica June 2021We stayed in Nini's cottage. The only reason I gave my review a 4-star grade was a delay in getting information about the access to the cottage. I found and booked the cottage through hotels.com. We did not get the information until about 6 hours prior to our planned evening check-in and my calls the day before went to a useless call center. needless to say, we embarked on the trip in good faith, hoping we were not scammed. if you book the cottage, I recommend going directly through the management company. It will likely save you a lot of headaches. The cottage was tastefully designed and decorated, roomy, very nice, comfortable, clean, and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were spotless with plenty of good quality towels, bedrooms were tastefully decorated and beds were very comfortable. A small pool in the backyard was a bonus and the owner provided ample beach towels. The location is excellent. The house is centrally located and in close proximity to the beach, WPB downtown, and to cultural events. We will definitely like to return and rent the cottage again (just not through hotels.com or vrbo).
