"Lazio Villa 1012", 2-room villa 75 m2 on 2 levels. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, TV, electric heating and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed. Open kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (140 cm), shower/WC. Wooden floors. Terrace 40 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
