Sarah April 2025We had an excellent stay on Marco Island. The condo matched the pictures and description perfectly. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded with amazing shells to find. The walk to the beach felt long at first but we got used to it quickly. Dustin was very responsive and even supplied additional beach chairs for our group. We found great restaurants in walking distance and others that were a very short drive.

We had our 3 young kiddos with us and were so grateful for both pool and beach access, as well as good parking. It's walking to several local favorite restaurants (Doreen's, Joey's Pizza, Empire bagels, etc.) and is very quick to get to the bay or south Marco areas. On top of the unit being great location and amenities, Dustin was above and beyond. Messaging early with details about the stay and highly responsive during the trip as well (real-time answers about getting into the building, etc. no delay). Unit is also equipped with lots of cooking supplies, which was great for our family. We loved this unit and would definitely stay again! My only note is that the washer and dryer are not in unit (it doesn't say they are! So that wasn't a surprise) but they do cost money. MINIMAL. $2/wash. But, still. The only negative. Still a 5/5 stars, just my one note! Thank you to Dustin + Family for such nice lodging!

Dustin’s place was perfect for a long weekend with our 3 boys. It was private, quiet, with beautiful surroundings. Everything was immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable and everything within the kitchen was brand new. Dustin was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay with any questions we had. The walk to the beach is a little bit of a hike if you are bringing a lot with you but the sand is firm and super smooth for a beach wagon. We will definitely be back!

By far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. I felt like I was at home. Everything I needed was there. Every room has a view of the ocean. Beautiful decor! Dustin explained everything good and if we had any questions he answered right away. Highly recommend you will love it. We will definitely be returning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
