"Bayern Villa 1026", 3-room apartment 65 m2 on 1st floor. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), CD-player. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only.

Beautiful apartment house. In the district of Staig 2 km from the centre of Sonthofen, on a slope. For shared use: garden. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Sonthofen" 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Tennis 2 km, mountain railway 3 km, cross country ski track 2 km. Broad view of the Allgäu Alps.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
