70 m2. More information by the provider: The holiday accomodation "Valais Villa 1285" is located on a quiet and sunny area, with a wonderful mountain scenery. Our house has a 2,5 and a 3,5 room appartment. In front of the house we have a large space for the children to play. The nearest busstop and the funicular of Hohsaas can be achieved in a 5-10 minute walk. Our village has shopping facilities, bakerys, outdoor ice-skating, curling, tennis courts, ski and hiking tracks, cross country track and last but not least a sledge path.
The modern and tastefull furnished 3,5 room appartment (70 m2) has 2 doublerooms, 1 living room with 2 sleeping areas, kitchen, shower/toilet. On the ground floor there is a storage area for ski equipment. A covered terrasse on the south side. Private parking space next to the house.
Holiday taxes with citizens passport Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 10.50 for adults, CHF 5.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes with citizens passport Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 7.- for adults, CHF 3.50 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. (additional taxes 8%) The visitors taxes will be charged at the end of the stay. The parking space is next to the house. Baby articles are available on request. Hairdryer. TV-SAT.
