58 km to the northeast of Hämeenlinna, lake Jamoinjärvi 40 m (width approx. 0,9 km, length approx. 2.8 km), hard, gently deepening sand bottom, jetty and own boat + electric outboard motor, sup-board and 2 kayaks.
Wooden villa 2000, expanded 2006, living room 1 bed, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, sleeping alcove 1 bed, electric sauna, hall, terrace.
Upstairs bedroom with double bed, summer room with rattan furniture group and window that can be fully opened. In addition Dream'n Play Plus travel bed / extra bed for baby.
Passage to the upper floor via steep staircase.
A small terrace with gazebo.
The villa has air source heat pump, underfloor heating in the sauna and in the kitchen and electric radiators.
Wifi 4G. Also Playstation 3 and some games. In the villa's cellar there is also a karaoke machine, ping-pong table, rackets and balls.
Separate lakeside sauna with wood-burning stove, dressing room, living room with fireplace convertible sofa bed and terrace. Sauna building's fireplace room has minikitchen facilities without running water. There is electric radiator and fireplace for heating.
There is a small storage building for firewood and hobby equipment on the plot.
From villa to the lakeside sauna and shore steep slope, grill terrace with furniture on the way, then steps on the rest of the way. The lake is clear watered. The villa has a separate campfire site, and there is another campfire site on the nearby peninsula, which is also on this cottage's land and is freely available. Sunsets are often colorful here.
The rent includes 3 bicycles (2 for women, 1 for men) and electric outboard motor.
The rent includes also two Core Evo kayaks. Note! The customer is responsible for the safe use of kayaks. The cottage's beach is suitable for practising the use of kayak.
Päijat Häme Villa 1019 is a place, where many grandparents have invited children and grandchildren to spend time together enjoying sauna, barbecue, rowing, fishing, canoeing, hiking. From Helsinki it is less than 150 km to the cottage.
In the area there are good outdoor and hiking areas, Evo hiking Area 10 km, Vesijako Natural Park 11 km, Sappee ski resort 40 km.
