45 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 18 km, Pohjaslampi-pond 40 m, natural state hard sand bottom, pier and own boat. Log cottage, built in 2012, bedroom 1 (downstairs): doublebed, bedroom 2 (downstairs): doublebed, small bedroom 1 (upstairs): 1 bed, small bedroom 2 (upstairs): 2 beds, living room (upstairs): sofa bed for 2. Combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna. Downstairs 80 m², loft 20 m². Water supply from spring. Additionally wood-heated sauna by the pond, dressing room with fire place: sofabed for 2.
Tap water come from spring and contains iron, which causes slight harm to the colour and taste of water, but the water is safe to drink (water has been examined). Client can bring drinking water, if he wants. A log cottage situated in quiet place near Pohjaslampi -pond.
Additional iinformation: electric sauna in the cottage and wood-heated sauna by the lake with large dressing room (fire place, sofa bed for 2). Large terrace by the lake. Winter swimming place by the pond. There are long stairs from the cottage to the pond and there is no maintenance for the stairs during winter. Fishing opportunity (perch, whitefish, roach and pike). Barbecue. Catering available from the caretaker. Small Karhunkierros trail 9 km, Riisitunturi -hill 30 km.
