3-room apartment 70 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper ground floor. Fully renovated in 2017, beautiful and modern furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with 1 sofabed, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: (spiral staircase) walk-through room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. The host provides a top high-tech equipment in the living room: Smart-TV, Blu-Ray-Player and Playstation.

We were here for the third time. It is a very nice house, which is shared with the owner. The house is well separated, so there is enough privacy. Every time we come, the house is very neat and clean. The people are very nice and really involved. In addition, you are in a very beautiful environment. In short, highly recommended where we will definitely come back.

We were here for the third time. It is a very nice house, which is shared with the owner. The house is well separated, so there is enough privacy. Every time we come, the house is very neat and clean. The people are very nice and really involved. In addition, you are in a very beautiful environment. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
