Villa Florence Villa 1024 situated in a hilly position half an hour's drive from Florence (the train station is 800 m from the property) is an excellent starting point for visiting the Mugello area and the art cities of Tuscany. The villa is on several levels and includes 6 autonomous units for a total of 26 pax, however, it can also be rented for 20 pax, closing the two apartments on the top floor. The furnishing is finely cared for in detail, ensuring the atmosphere and authenticity of an eighteenth-century villa, with stylish furniture and antique elements. The structure lends itself very well to being rented as a unique environment as on the ground floor we find a large dining room where you can comfortably eat all together, while on the first floor there is a fully equipped common professional kitchen. Villa "Florence Villa 1024", 600 m a.s.l., detached, built in 1700, renovated in 2018. 6.7 km from the centre of Borgo San Lorenzo, 12.5 km from the centre of Vicchio, 38 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill.
