The living/dining room spans 32 m2 and features a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for lounging and watching the flat screen satellite TV. The air conditioning ensures a pleasant stay, while the open kitchen is equipped with modern amenities including an oven, dishwasher, and electric coffee machine.
Guests can retreat to the cozy open gallery with sloping ceilings and a double bed, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The shower/WC is convenient and the private terrace offers a lovely 15 m2 space to enjoy the sunshine. Complete with terrace furniture, it's the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the atmosphere.

Silke B. June 2019Ausstattung ist super! Wasch-/Spülmaschine, Klima, Whirlpool, bequeme Matratzen und Deckbetten. Ausreichend Geschirr und Küchenutensilien sowie Hand-/Geschirrtücher. Sehr nette Vermieter. Nutzung von Grillplatz möglich. Garten sichtbar (Nutzung nicht geklärt, da unser Hund eh nicht dabei war). Haus liegt hoch oben auf dem Hang, Anfahrt ist sehr steil und bei Gegenverkehr sehr eng. Fährt zum kostenfreien Strand (bei Bushaltestelle) nach Lovran ca 5km. Es war herrlich - gerne wieder!!! [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The equipment is great! Washing machine / dishwasher, air conditioning, whirlpool, comfortable mattresses and duvets. Sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils and hand / tea towels. Very nice landlord. Use of barbecue area possible. Garden visible (use not clarified, since our dog was not there anyway). House is located high on the hillside, approach is very steep and in oncoming traffic very narrow. Drive to the free beach (at the bus stop) to Lovran about 5km. It was wonderful - we will gladly stay again !!!
