"Tuscany Apartment 1007", 2-room apartment 45 m2, on the ground floor. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living room with dining table, TV and radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC. Kitchenette (mini-oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, electric coffee machine). Gas heating. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Small terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the garden and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance.

Beautiful on a vinyard country house "Cellole", detached, surrounded by trees and vineyards. 6 apartments in the residence. 2.5 km from the centre of Castellina in Chianti, 11 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, outside the resort, 17 km from the centre of Siena, in an elevated position on a slope, 92 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 11 ha with plants and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, 15.04.-31.10.). Shower/WC in the pool area, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: reception, WiFi, washing machine (extra) (for shared use, extra). Motor access (150 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, railway station "Poggibonsi" 14 km, sandy beach "Marina di Bibbona" 92 km. Nearby attractions: Monteriggioni 10 km, Wine area Chianti Classico 10 m. Local sale of farm products. We spent there 2 weeks of summer holidays and were simply amazed with the surroundings, views, and ambiance. The house is nice and neat, you basically live in the vineyards so it is calm, private and close to nature. Nature is actually also trying to get inside, but no worries, nothing disturbing. The house is blessed with a very good WiFi (better than ever on tour). Appliances work well, the only issue is a bit of difficulty with the toilet pipes/flushing. Children/dog friendly, very easygoing.

The house is amazing, location just perfect. The place is very quiet and has a great location the main attractions of the Chianti like Siena or San Gimignano. Swimming pool very comfortable for swimming. Highly recommended house for perfect Tosckana vacation.

This is a perfect holiday retreat away from the tourist trail but only 1.5km to Castellina in Chianti.Set amongst vines on a sunny hillside mostly all you could hear were birds & the insects.The swimming pool is a dream & the friendly ... made everything easy for us- thank you.Definitely a place to return to & good location to visit the better known Tuscan attractions.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
