  • Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors; $500 cleaning fee applies if breached. Smoking allowed outdoors only.

  • Guests: Must match booking declaration. Government-issued photo ID required for all guests before check-in.

  • Check-in/out: Check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs incur $50/hour fee.

  • Minimum stay: 2–3 nights (long-term stays welcome, tailored rates available).
