Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Bath/WC. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room 25 m2 with 1 double sofabed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Small, open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Electric heating. Balcony 12 m2, terrace 70 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea, the countryside and the resort. 1 apartment with separate entrance, living/dining area, open kitchen on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. 1 apartment on the low ground floor with separate entrance,living/dining area, small open kitchen and bedroom.

Above Makarska, in the hamlet Puharići 1.5 km from the centre of Makarska, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, 01.01.-31.12.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (140 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna (extra). Washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant 800 m, pebble beach 1.5 km. The house consists of 2 apartments, rented as one unit. Heating of the water in the swimming pool (extra 100.-€ per week). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. Sauna at small house next to the pool. Use of the sauna with extra cost of 100.-€ per week, to be paid on spot.
