Located in a beautiful quiet area around 2km from Cala Vadella, Balears Villa 1079 is surrounded by nature, overlooking a beautiful valley.This villa of 220 m2 is split over two floors, with three en-suite bedrooms all with air conditioning, a large living room and a spacious dining room open-plan to a modern fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, the porch boasts comfortable sofas on which to relax, a covered barbecue and dining area with wonderful views and from here, it's only a few steps to the private swimming pool (5 x 10 metres). The pool is surrounded by a terrace with a spacious solarium area and furnished with teak sun loungers and parasols.
