Without being far from the most exclusive beaches and the beautiful old town of Dalt Vila, and the supermarket is only a 2 minute walk away.Built on one level, to an incredibly high standard using quality materials such as granite and marble, this property is designed with impeccable taste.
The bright, open-plan living areas open to a terrace with a lounge/dining area, overlooking the garden and the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and the dining area comfortably seats 6 people.
