"Viana do Castelo House 1003", 5-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2007, beautiful and wooden furniture furnishings: kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm), shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Heating not available in all rooms. 3 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). View of the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). recommended occupancy 4 people until 01.06. and after 01.10. as the annex only has limited heating options (depending on the weather conditions).

Property composed of main house and outbuilding 9.5 km from the centre of Ponte de Lima, 3 km from the centre of Labruja, 34 km from the centre of Viana do Castelo, on a slope, 30 m from the river, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden lawn and trees, parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, sandy beach "Cabedelo" 36 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km. One kitchen and one bedroom are located in the annex.
